re: Frank makes the list
Well sure everything you said is true. But it's still sometimes fun to discuss this stuff because sometimes people encounter new players.

re: Frank makes the list
I grew up in the Chicago area and I remember listening to the Loop, WLUP, the day the news broke Terry Kath shot himself. He was a good jazz player, but I just never really "got" his playing. My opinion is he is revered primarily because after he was dead people would automatically say he ...

Re: re: Guitar Player Article - 1976
Sorry for the rambling post-man those were great days and that show in particular really inspired me to play guitar. Don't be sorry! Ramble on! Great story. I too would like to see the '83 GP story. I seem to remember the interviewer asked Frank about two handed tapping and he said something terse ...

re: Guitar Player Article - 1976

re: Circus Magazine Articles
Having read that "review" of Live , I do feel violated. I can't imagine how Frank must have felt. What kind of person can write that stuff? Apparently someone who has no ears and has an axe to grind, or is being paid by someone with an axe to grind. I thought the first article was not too ...
