Well, our contacts say that the crowd response was great tonight.....so much so that Frank even gave them an encore....Frank was very happy...

He came back and played a song he hasn't done live in quite some time "Free".

The sound was great, the crowd was great....and yes even Frank was great (no surprise there!!!).

Sounds like the fans going to Queen's Hall in Nuneaton have some work ahead of them.....

Wow, that's nice to hear! An encore because the crowd response was good!!

Too bad it was the opposite the night before. I heard that the crowd was huge, but the response was lackluster. I took a photo of the crowd and the reason is obvious (to a trained eye).

Here is the pic of that un-responsive crowd that refused to give a standing ovation!

LMAO ! Frank woudn't have to worry if he sang out of tune, because they couldn't get up and walk out on him. - Joe Cocker

He must have sold all the tickets beforehand, because there was no "walk-up" sales! :clap

Even I would get tired blowing all of those guys................................. up! :winky

I missed out
Stories of a hero
Try for freedom

The crowd were great last night, we were all down front at the stage about 3 feet from frank, a lot of people were sat till frank got going, then everyone came forward.
A couple of probs with the drums and avi`s guitar strings, but frank as us all entertained while it was sorted.
Avi got a brillient crowd response with that violin of his, amazing.
A great night, a fantastic crowd and a meet with the guys from here, you couldn`t wish for a better night. Thanks guys, have you calmed down yet juggernaut1. :headbanger

Hahaha, that was one of the worst things about not being able to get to the Holmfirth gig, cos as well as missing the music, I missed our boy Keith as well! I'd even got a plastic kagoule to wear, as protection from Keith's dribbling. Past experience of Keith headbanging and dribbling at the same time has taught me to always carry a kagoule when he's around!
What's it worth, not to post *that* photo? Howwwwwwwww many boxes of Ferrero Rochers?

Five of us just got back from Holmfirth
Excellent venue
Amazing show, Frank on top form and great audience response.
Met Frank near the bar after the show and had a brief chat
Lets hope he's back in the UK soon.
