Yes, it is a must to have these posters available. It would be great to be able to get one autographed at a meet and greet after the show in Milwaukee! Or if you could get one from this site!

The tickets for the Dallas show were supposed to be on sale this morning but they have not yet.The Granada shows it on the calendar schedule but not anywhere else on there site.

I called the venue and got no answer.

I called CD World who are also going to sale tickets and the guy there said the shows not in his CPU but he has had some calls about the tickets. He says he knows there supposed to go on sale this morning. He said he called the Granada but has not received a phone call back from them.

Glad I at least got a ticket for the Catylast Show.Just in case something happens here and this show don't happen.Soo far there is disorginazation by the venue. :(

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Yea Rock. I got the same answer this morning from CD World. The guy told me though it's not uncommon for things like this to happen. He said probably Monday morning they'll be available. Anyway, I'm in Austin and can't use CD World so I'm gonna check periodically this weekend at the Granada site. One thing I would bet money on. The show will happen. I've been in touch with Granada now back and forth via e-mail. They are onboard with this show. Management has told me there has been a lot of interest. They plan to advertise in The Dallas Morning News and also planning to set up a phone interview with Frank a few weeks before the show to be aired live on one of the radio stations there. I don't remember which. I was also asked by them any suggestions how to get to Franks' fanbase.

I hope or wish they would give a specific time and day because with reserved seating,I would like to be close, know what I mean. With having to take a crap shoot at when tickets are going on sale, getting the best ticket could be a problem.

I'm sure the show will happen it's just the confusion of it all.

Well If the stations around here would play his music that might help a bit also.I did see a small Frank add in the Dallas Observer which showed the shows coming to the Granada.

How to reach his fanbase around here is a tough question. There are some here I know.A spot on the 2 radio stations 93.3 The Bone and 92.5 KZPS might help.

Hopefully one of them would support the show.

I feel your pain Russ. Monday morning I will be at work. I just started a new job and don't have a 'puter set up yet. I too want to be front center (or a little to the right). I grew uo in Louisiana and Texas and back in the day (I'm 47) FMMR were HUGE. There are fans out there still. What I recommended to Granada was just market the thing and they will show. I told them a lot of fans are musicians themselves; hence marketing the local musical instrument stores, etc. I also recommended the phone interview, which was actually Willys' idea. I really hesitate to say this but this is the music industry, which I bailed out of some 20 years ago - I couldn't find a flavor of bullshit I liked, and there were plenty of flavors to choose from, more than Baskin - Robbins! But back then I know of several occasions where a concert would be promoted with tickets to go on sale at a certain date and that date would pass with a notice the tickets would go on sale later in the week. The idea was to see what kind of response ticket sales-wise there was on the original date and make a decision to actually go on with the show based on that. After talking with Granada the last few weeks I'm sure this is not the case here, but it's crap like that that drove me away.
