Some really great artists with that agency! EJ, Buddy Guy....wow. Hope some multiple bills materialize for greater exposure.
I agree--there are indeed some pretty high-profile artists with that agency. That can only mean good things for the future.
Slightofhand--Seems to me that with Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio all in a straight line down down I-35, and Houston just a slight detour, there should be at least four opportunities in Texas to make a trek southward worthwhile for FMMR.
Otherwise, I might have to try to visit Chicago. 8)

I contacted the promoter who regularly promotes Pat Travers' "mini-Texas" tours to these very same cities. I requested that he consider doing the same for FMMR. He said he'd look into it... but that was several months ago.
My logic: if Pat Travers does well in Texas, it stands to reason that FMMR would do just as well if not better.

From Monterey International's list George Thorogood was just in Finland last week. Gary Moore was headlining and playing mainly bluesy material this time. They also had one Finnish opening band. I think similar packet might work out for Frank too. Not necessarely Thorogood, but some other artist/band from the roster.

Frank mentioned you've heard some of his "pop" tunes -- what are your thoughts?

Hi Frank,
This is Eric. I contacted Jeff who stays in touch with a friend of ours named Joe from the Detroit area. This guy is one hell of a bass player and the information has been passed on. I really hope he contacts you because from what you have said your looking for he fits the bill to an absolute tee. I will stay up on this and see what his response is as well. Best of luck none the less.
There is someone that I love, even though I don't approve of what he does. There is someone I accept, though some of his thoughts and actions revolt me. There is someone I forgive, though he hurts the people I love the most. That person is me.

Hey Frank, I'm guessing FatherofSeven means his kids not yours!
Yours are a dream to work with. Far better behaved on the road than many of the grown-ups!
